Natixis Partners advised Cdiscount (Casino Group) on the sale of a majority stake in CChezVous to GeoPost (La Poste Group)

CChezVous, a subsidiary of C-Logistics (e-commerce logistics specialist and subsidiary of Cdiscount) is among the leaders in home and out-of-home delivery for heavy and bulky parcels (products over 30 kg). The company benefits from a network of 45 delivery agencies and more than 600 pick-up points, enabling to offer its services throughout French territory to its e-merchant customers. CChezVous stands out in the market thanks to its premium and digital positioning (7/7 delivery, 2-hour delivery slot, live digital tracking, etc.). The transaction consists in the acquisition by GeoPost of a 95% stake in CChezVous joining one of the main parcel delivery networks globally. This operation is part of the strategic partnership initiated nearly 10 years ago between Cdiscount and La Poste Group for the parcel delivery in France and Europe. In parallel of CChezVous transaction, the two groups have also expanded their collaboration for small packages. Since October 2022, more than 34,000 GeoPost pick-up points have complemented C-Logistics' delivery service offerings in 13 European countries Natixis Partners acted as financial advisor to Cdiscount in this transaction.
