Natixis Partners advised Biocyte’s shareholders for the sale of the company to Havea

Founded in 2006, Biocyte is one of the French pioneers in nutricosmetics offering a wide range of food supplements with functional and regulating actions, particularly in the dermatological and capillary spheres (skin, hair and nails, suncare, slimming). Located in Mougins (Alpes Maritimes), the laboratory has achieved a turnover of 23 million euros in 2022 with an average annual growth over 15% since 2016. Biocyte brand is present in approximately 20 countries through distribution partnerships, particularly in China where Biocyte is the French reference for nutricosmetics. By combining the expertise of Havea Group's various brands (Aragan, Densmore, Biolane, Vitavea) with those of Biocyte in nutricosmetics, Havea further strengthens its position as the European leader in natural health. This transaction also allows Sofipaca and RSI, minority shareholders of Biocyte, to sell all their shares.
