Natixis Partners advised PAI Partners on the acquisition of Infra Group

Infra Group, a European leader in infrastructure services, provides operators of essential infrastructure networks (electricity, gas, water and sanitation, urban heating, telecommunications, industry, green spaces, etc.) with comprehensive solutions, including the design, authorisation, construction and maintenance of underground and surface infrastructures. Leading European consolidation platform, Infra Group has made around 30 acquisitions since 2019. Historically positioned in Belgium, Infra Group has expanded through external growth in France, the Netherlands and Germany, while diversifying its activities in different end-markets. This fifth LBO led by PAI Partners, Infra Group's majority shareholder alongside the management team, ICG and Andera Partners, will enable the Group to accelerate the consolidation of a market benefiting from positive medium/long-term structural trends (energy transition, electrification, digitalisation, communication networks, modernisation of critical infrastructure networks, etc.).
