Natixis Partners advised the founder of Solutys on the disposal of a majority stake to Naxicap Partners

Natixis Partners has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Eric Peters, founder of Solutys, on the disposal a majority stake to Naxicap Partners, alongside the founder and management team. Founded in 2002, Solutys Group is specialized in the integration of identification, traceability and professional digital mobility solutions. The Group offers a comprehensive range of hardware and software products, through top-tier partnerships with manufacturers and market leaders such as Zebra and Honeywell, as well as high value-added technical services: site surveys and network audits, technical integration, consultancy, etc. Solutys employs nearly 70 people in France and has 6 offices across the country. The ambition shared by Naxicap Partners and the management team is to strengthen the Group's positioning as a player in the integration of traceability and professional mobility solutions, while maintaining the high level of customer service that is at the heart of its values. This new development phase is based on (i) a shift in the Group's offering towards innovative warehouse 4.0 solutions and (ii) a sustained growth plan, both in France and in Europe, and both organically and through external growth.
