Natixis Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Free2Move, Stellantis’ subsidiary dedicated to new mobility, on the acquisition of Kuantic from Valeo. Founded in 2003, and previously under the ownership of the French global automotive supplier Valeo, Kuantic became a market leader in Europe and has played an important role in shaping the landscape of fleet management. This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in the journey towards establishing Free2Move as a comprehensive global mobility provider. It also strengthens the company’s commitment to reach the ambitious goals of 15 million active users worldwide and €2.8 billion in revenues by 2030 within the Stellantis Dare Forward 2030 strategy.
