Natixis Partners advised the founders of Zeendoc on the capital reorganization of the company through a sponsorless MBO

Zeendoc, published by SAGES Informatique, is a leading electronic document management (EDM) software dedicated to VSEs and SMEs, with over 10,000 customers and 380,000 end-users. With this transaction, the two founders of SAGES Informatique are buying out 100% of the company thanks to a debt facility provided by Apera Asset Management. This strategic partnership will also enable the Group to pursue its rapid expansion and support future external growth.
