Natixis Partners advised NGE and its shareholders on the investment of Aberdeen and TINC in NGE Fibre

NGE Fibre is a company controlled by NGE Concessions (a subsidiary of NGE), which holds stakes into two fiber network concessions in the Grand Est region, in France. The concessions are part of France’s Très Haut Débit investment program that targets the roll-out of superfast internet access in French regions for the general public, companies and infrastructures. The networks total together about 1,4 million homes passed covering 9 departments and are operated as “neutral and open networks” which means the infrastructure is rented or leased to any network operator that wants to increase its network capacity.
