NATIXIS PARTNERS ACTED AS EXCLUSIVE FINANCIAL ADVISOR TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF OCEALAB ON THE SALE TO INOVIE

Founded in Vannes, Océalab has developed over the years into a leader in French Brittany in the field of clinical pathology testing, with a particular focus on the Morbihan coastline. The various sites of the Océalab network welcome thousands of patients on a daily basis and also perform clinical pathology tests for numerous medical care facilities, nursing homes and dialysis centers. Founded in 2010, Inovie has undergone significant external growth to become a leader in France in the field of clinical pathology testing. With a strong local footprint, Inovie’s biologists and 4,500 employees deliver high-standard clinical pathology testing to more than 50,000 patients daily. Inovie also plays a leading role in innovation, notably in four areas of specialty: fertility, genomics, anatomopathology and veterinary services. The transaction will enable Inovie to enter a new French region and further develop its footprint. It will also enable Océalab to pursue its development by leveraging the resources of the Inovie Group. Natixis Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Océalab on the transaction.
