The Gaïana Group, a key player in software publishing for the Agri-food sector, is pursuing its development by joining Orisha

Founded in 1987, the French-based software publisher headquartered in Bordeaux, with sales of €40m, offers solutions covering all the business needs of the Agri-food sector (agriculture, wine & spirits, horticulture): from crop and production monitoring to management tools and regulatory and traceability solutions. Driven by its management team and backed by Meanings Capital Partners since 2019, the Group has accelerated its European expansion through sustained organic growth and an ambitious external growth strategy, with eight acquisitions completed. With more than 2,100 customers and 20,000 users, Gaïana is positioned as the natural partner for players in the Agri-food sector and, with this strategic merger with Orisha, aims to position itself as the European leader in Agri-food. Natixis partners advised Gaïana's shareholders on the transaction.
