Sale of AMS

AMS Group, which was created in 1995, is one of the largest homecare players in France. The Group operates on home respiratory assistance (HRA), insulin therapy, perfusion and nutrition activities. AMS ensures the supply and the maintenance of the equipment, the education of the patient to the treatment, the related monitoring and the coordination between the patient and medical care specialists. Since its acquisition by LBO Partners in late 2010, the group has experienced a very strong growth thanks to a sustained organic growth as well as build-ups. Group turnover has almost trebled over the period, exceeding €50m. AMS offers a national coverage through a network of 25 branches and over 400 employees. This very synergistic merger between AMS and IP Santé, recently acquired by HLD, UI Gestion and SRS, creates a new homecare top player in France.
