Capzanine investment into the group Finance Active

Founded in 2000 by Patrice Chatard and Jacques Descourtieux, Finance Active offers SaaS platforms to financial decision-makers in order to assist them in the management of debts, guarantees or foreign exchange risks. More than 10,000 users including private companies, local authorities and financial institutions rely on Finance Active solutions worldwide. Based in Paris, Finance Active generated c. €17m of revenue in 2015 and employs 140 people in France and abroad. With Capzanine holding a 25% stake in the share capital, the co-founders will pursue actively the international development of the Fintech in order to double its revenue by 2018, through a combination of organic and external growth.
