Sale of Silhouette Wellness

Founded in 2003, Silhouette is one of Switzerland’s fitness industry’s leaders, thanks to a large network of 22 sports clubs located between Geneva, Zurich and the canton of Vaud. Strong of a sound basis of 30 000 members, Silhouette stands out by the proximity and personal support offered to its members. The group also offers a comprehensive range of collective classes built around “blockbusters” (Les Mills, Zumba) and the latest innovations (Strala Yoga, Pound). Silhouette recently expanded its offering and its concept thanks to the opening of 2 high-end clubs (“Pure”) in Geneva. Silhouette counts 540 employees and achieved a turnover of about   €30 millions in 2015. Advised by Natixis Partners, 21 Centrale Partners and SEC Partners sold the majority of Silhouette’s capital to the investment fund LFPE.
