Sale of a stake of Tikehau Capital in Asten Santé

Tikehau Capital alongside Gemmes Venture and pioneering associations in chronic disease management, sold a minority stake in Asten Santé to La Poste. Asten Santé is an innovative healthcare group and a leading player in the home healthcare services sector which is actively developing new business lines, particularly in the telehealth segment with H2AD. The Asten Santé group generates sales of EUR 100 million, employs 750 staff and provides homecare for 62,000 patients. The acquisition of a shareholding interest in Asten Santé enables La Poste to enhance its range of home services and support in the field of home healthcare. This sector is structurally expanding due to the ageing population, the rise in chronic diseases and the development of a safe home-based care for other conditions, which corresponds to patients' wishes.
