Disposal of a minority stake of Innovacom to Turenne Capital

Turenne Capital acquired 20% of the capital of Innovacom, one of the historic companies of capital-innovation in Europe to develop a partnership with this independent management company. Given the ongoing changes in the investment capital market, Turenne Capital which manages 730 M€, intends to be one of those major groups in France and to achieve the critical size of 1 Md€ in the next months. Innovacom is a pioneer of the capital innovation in Europe. Almost a billion euros have been provided since 1988 and several hundred start-up companies in the digital industries were accompanied by Innovacom. Recognized as a specialist of the projects by strong technological contents, Innovacom participated in several dozens IPOs, approximately 150 industrial transfers and holds the most significant success stories of the french innovation (Business Objects, Gemplus, LastMinute.com, Inventel, Soitec, Aufeminin.com). Its most recent successes affect different sectors as the video game (Owlient), the mobile services (Digitick), the medical X-ray segment (Olea medical), the ad-tech (Videoplazza) or recently the components for smartphones with the unicorn Heptagon. Through small seed and innovation funds, the company manages an investment portfolio including companies promising as 21Net, AirLynx, Aryballe Technologies, CAILabs, Cozy Cloud, Exagan, Feeligreen, Intersec, MicroEJ, I-Ten, Matrixx, et Robart.
