Acquisition of Dupont Restauration by CM-CIC Investissement

The transaction results in Abenex selling its minority stake in Dupont Restauration, acquired in 2010.

Established in 1969 in Northern France, Dupont Restauration is the fifth largest contract catering company in France. The Group is organised in three activities: on-site catering (380 sites managed), food delivery (from eight central kitchens) and supply of ingredients to independently managed kitchens.

Last year, the Group reported net sales of €183m and an Ebitda of €18m. Through this partnership with new strong long-term financial investors, the Management confirms its willingness to pursue its organic development and strengthen its ability to seize acquisition opportunities, as successfully done over the last years.
