Acquisition of Fauché by Parquest

With c. €160m of sales and a national coverage, Fauché is a leading player in electrical engineering in France. The Group is specialized in the manufacture, distribution and installation of electrical equipment (low- and high-voltage), processes and industrial automatic controls as well as maintenance services. Fauché operates through a diversified client base on high value-added technical markets. Headquartered in Lafrançaise (82), the Group employs 1,200 people through 35 agencies in France. Advised by Natixis Partners, Parquest acquired a majority stake in Fauché from Naxicap Partners associated with the managers. This secondary LBO will contribute to the organic and external development of the Group.
