Natixis Partners advised the capital reorganization of Groupe CGN (Les Bateaux Verts, Vedettes Îles d’Or) around its CEO, with the support of AMDG Private Equity

The Compagnie du Golfe et de la Navigation (CGN) is a maritime passenger transportation group located on the Var coast, offering boat shuttles in the Gulf of Saint Tropez (Les Bateaux Verts) as well as coastal excursions and regular routes to the Hyères Islands (Vedettes Iles d'Or). The two companies transport over 600,000 passengers each year with their fleet of 20 ships sailing along the coast, perpetuating over 75 years of maritime heritage. The group has been managed by Denis Robert since 2008, who remains as CEO and strengthens his stake by welcoming AMDG Private Equity as a reference partner. This operation will also allow the Group to pursue its development, with significant investments in the energy transition of its fleet. Natixis Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of CGN Group in this transaction.
