Natixis Partners acted as sole financial advisor to BIM holding company in the disposal of AMAC to Vacalians

AMAC is the French leading player in the high-end outdoor accommodation market. Established in 2011 with the financial support of BIM holding company, AMAC Group has experienced significant growth over recent years and now operates in France 8 four- and five-star campgrounds totaling more than 3 800 pitches. Campgrounds are fully-owned. This acquisition allows Vacalians to consolidate its position as the European leader in the outdoor accommodation market through 1,400 campgrounds of which 58 fully-owned and more than 30,000 pitches. It also allows to create a new portfolio of high-end campgrounds under the AMAC umbrella brand.
