Disposal of GPS (Assystem) to Ardian

As announced back in May 11th, 2017, Assystem S.A. today closed the disposal of Global Product Solutions (GPS), its externalised R&D business to a holding company controlled by Ardian (60%), a private equity house, and Assystem (40%). Hence Assystem remains associated to the future potential growth and value creation of the new entity which has been renamed Assystem Technologies.

Assystem Technologies has more than 9,000 staff active in twelve countries. Its highly technical business is characterized by its proven expertise in developing complex and critical systems on behalf of its industrial clients. Assystem Technologies accompanies its clients from product conception down to market launch. Clients include leading blue chips from the aerospace, defense, automotive, transportation and industrial space. Assystem Technologies generated sales of 578 millions euros in FY16.
