Capital reorganisation of B2S

b2s is a top player of BPO-CRM industry in France and generates €150 million of sales in a wide range of diversified services, of which consulting services, telesales, debt collection, customer services and technical assistance. The Group employs c. 6,000 people in 13 contact centres in France, in Morocco and in Madagascar. Founded by Maxime Didier in 1996, the company was involved in an Owner Buy Out (OBO) with Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners in 2012. Since this transaction, b2s sales experienced a strong growth from €108m to €150m, primarily driven by new services, the growing activity of its historical businesses and the development of new strong verticals such as automotive. The reorganisation of the ownership structure of the Group consists in a new OBO in which Maxime Didier welcomes IK Investment Partners and Raise (acquiring a significant minority share of the Group). EdRIP demonstrated its full confidence in the project, and reinvested alongside the new sponsors of the Group. This new transaction aims at bringing b2s in a new growth dynamic and at accompanying the Group in its external growth strategy, both in France and in Europe. In May 2016, b2s acquired N-Allo, Engie subsidiary dedicated to BPO-CRM operations. This acquisition reinforces b2s strong positioning in the utilities sector.
