Batisanté proceeded to a complete refinancing of its existing senior debt as well as a partial refinancing of its mezzanine debt by the contraction of a new bank loan organized and underwritten by BNP Paribas, Bank of Ireland and Société Générale. With consolidated sales of over €50m, Batisanté is the specialist of compliance and building safety. The group is the leader in Ile-de-France for providing services related to the common parts of residential buildings, mainly for property managers. Employing over 500 people, the company offers a wide range of services mainly related to fire safety (inspection of fire protection systems), hygiene (rat extermination, refuse chute cleaning, CMV maintenance, etc.), and inspection & diagnostics (lead, asbestos, termites, gas / electricity installation, energy performance, etc.) to property managers but also to communities, real estate company and businesses.
