Sale of a majority stake in Dugas to Equistone

Founded in 1980, Dugas is one of the leaders on the French market of premium spirits B2B distribution. Its revenues have strongly increased during the last few years, to reach more than €50m in 2016. Dugas exclusively distributes more than 100 brands and has progressively become a prescriber-advisor for its various types of customers (wine merchants, Horeca, Cash & Carry, etc.). Company’s portfolio is mainly composed of premium rums (Diplomatico, Don Papa, 3 Rivières, etc.) and whiskies (Teeling, Rozelieures, Kirin, etc.). Equistone intends to accompany the company in further developing its activity in France and abroad and its new digital strategy.
