NATIXIS PARTNERS ADVISED GROUPE IEL ON ITS FUNDRAISING WITH INFRANITY

Founded in 2004, Groupe IEL is the leading independent producer of renewable energy in the West of France. Since its inception, IEL has adopted a resolutely local development strategy, involving local and regional authorities in its development. IEL designs, builds, finances, and operates onshore wind and solar parks, and is also active in the development and installation of turnkey PV rooftop projects. To date, the Group has a portfolio of nearly 200 MW in operation and under construction, and a pipeline of projects of approximately 1.2 GW in development. This transaction will enable the group to finance the acceleration of its growth and the deployment of its renewable energy production asset portfolio. Following the transaction, the founders Loïc Picot and Ronan Moalic will retain a controlling stake in the group. Natixis Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to IEL and its founders for this operation.
