Natixis Partners advised the shareholders of Louange Group on the sale of a minority stake to NCI and BTP Capital Investissement

NCI acquired a minority stake in Louange Group as a lead investor, together with BTP Capital Investissement. Following the transaction, the investors hold nearly 40% of the Group alongside the managers and the founder. Since the creation in 2011 by Nicolas Surugue of Logisur, the first company of the Group, Louange has constantly grown. Now composed of ten companies, the Group provides logistics services for construction and renovation sites, allowing companies, general contractors and project owners to better control their costs, and has become a key player on major construction sites in the Paris area, but also in Lyon, Rennes and Bordeaux. Meanwhile, Louange Group is also developing a new business line, “Lot 00”, which, in addition to logistics services, includes all the common operations on a construction site: temporary installations, site accommodation management, safety, waste storage and disposal, supply management, and end-of-site cleaning. Today, Louange Group offers its customers a global turnkey solution for logistics and construction site installation. French leader in this booming market, the Group is experiencing strong growth with a turnover of more than €25 million in 2021, expected to be significantly higher in 2022, around €37 million. Natixis Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Louange Group in this transaction.
