Natixis Partners advised Clayens NP on the sale of NP Capelec to Adex Electronique

Clayens NP, European leader in the processing of polymers, composites and precision metal parts, has sold NP Capelec to Adex Electronique. NP Capelec offers industrialization and manufacturing services for circuit boards, cable harnesses and the integration of mechatronic assemblies. Founded in 1981, the SME specializes in small and medium production runs, with sales of around €12 million. The Adex Electronique group (around 100 employees, sales in excess of €15 million) operates as a subcontractor for start-ups and mid-sized companies in various sectors (aeronautics, defense, energy, space, transport, agri-food, medical, etc.). This acquisition will strengthen Adex's capabilities in electronics subcontracting, while consolidating the supply chain and enabling the mutualization of inventories, the development of technological synergies and the availability of a harmonized machine park. Natixis Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Clayens NP in this transaction.
