Sale of Onduline Group to Naxicap Partners

Onduline is a global manufacturer of lightweight roofing solutions since 1950 and the undisputed worldwide leader in bituminous sheets and tiles. Leveraging on its unique industrial know-how, the company now operates in more than 120 countries, using its strong network of subsidiaries to be closer to its customers. Led by Natixis Partners, the exit of Onduline’s shareholders - Abénex, Astorg and the shareholder of the founding family Jean-Louis Roques - marks a new phase of development for the €250m revenue Group, which employs 1500 employees within nine sites of production in eight countries. The Group managed by Richard Seguin is sold to Naxicap Partners, alongside the Management which holds a minority stake after this secondary LBO.
