Natixis Partners advised NGE on the acquisition of SADE from Veolia

Founded in 1918, SADE-CGTH is specialized in the civil engineering, underground works, construction and maintenance of water networks and infrastructure. The company stands out as a pioneer in its market, particularly through its water networks activity, which accounts for c.70% of its turnover. With nearly 7,000 employees and over 10,000 annual projects, SADE achieved €1.1bn of revenues in 2022, with around 20% generated abroad, notably in Europe and West Africa. Through this operation, NGE will enhance its expertise in water-related industries and complement its range of integrated design/construction services. SADE's strong national positions will also enable NGE to strengthen its presence in local territories. SADE has also developed positions in specific geographies abroad that will complement those of NGE's.
