Disposal of Technoflex to CM-CIC Investissement

CM-CIC Investissement, Technoflex's historical shareholder since 2005, acquired a majority stake in the company associated with the manager, Olivier Chesnoy. This primary LBO will contribute to the development of Technoflex’s offering andwill enable the company to strengthen its international footprint.

Founded in 1986, Technoflex, generating 33€m of sales, is specialized in the conception and manufacture of flexible bags and connectors mainly for the pharmaceutical industry. The company offers standardized and tailor-made innovative products thanks to its proprietary technologies (secure connector, butterfly bag, twist off, boat ports tube, etc.) and its mastery of the transformation of many materials such as polypropylene or PVC. The company, listed on Euronext Access, the former Marché Libre, is based in Bidart, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, and employs 274 people.
