Natixis Partners advised Tradim’s shareholders and Management team on the acquisition of a majority stake by Capital Croissance and Turenne Emergence

Natixis Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to the majority shareholder and the Management of Tradim in the sale of a majority stake to Capital Croissance and Turenne Emergence. Enjoying strong growth since its inception, Tradim is positioned as the French software editor leader dedicated to waste management. Its modular offer “Ecocito” covers all the French inter-municipalities needs, in charge of the collection or treatment of household waste on the entire value chain: from the waste collection centers management to the invoicing of waste collection fees to users, notably in the incentive pricing implementation context in France. With its new financial sponsors, Tradim aims to pursue its development by structuring its commercial strategy while strengthening the R&D team dedicated to the development and improvement of new modules, notably for water and sanitation market.
