Founded in 2004, UrbanSoccer has established itself as the leader in the five-a-side football market and co-leader in the padel market in France. Based in Clermont, UrbanSoccer operates 35 centers in France and 1 center in Portugal, representing 270 five-a-side football pitches and approximately one hundred padel courts, welcoming 3.75 million players per year. UrbanSoccer expects to achieve a turnover of approximately 48 million euros for its 2023/24 financial year (ending on June 30). By acquiring a majority stake in a significant leisure player, a leader in its market in France, and benefiting from a strong and recognized brand, Compagnie des Alpes is expanding its leisure offering with a sports activity that presents a strong complementarity with its own activities.
